Pumpkin Pie
Today I made the most perfect pumpkin pie. easy peasy lemon squeezy. Helpful tip.....the dough for the pie crust is way easier to make in a food processor. The rest is just a matter of mixing and pouring. But today is Saturday and I finished at about 11:15pmish and here in walkersville the stores close at 11pm cause nobody is out after then. So we didn't have any whipping cream to make whip cream for the amazing pumpkin pie and you can't eat pumpkin pie without whip cream or ice cream. No ice cream?!?! yeah I know we haven't had ice cream in this house in forever. So I looked up this frosting fake whip cream.... so it's not whip cream but it could work, I haven't tried it yet. The frosting is 3/4 cups of powdered sugar, 1 egg white, 1 cup of grated apple, and 1 1/2 teaspoons of vanilla extract all beated together or in my case I used the blender :). And I just popped it into the fridge and we'll see how this all turns out.

Today is a dandy day to start something new.
My name is Michelle Raynor and I want to own my own bakery when I'm older. So I'm going to start here sharing my recipes and such things you know like Julie and Julia. Pictures are a maybe but I really want to do that and I hope people will read this and like/make comments on what I do or don't do.... so we can both improve on our cooking skills.
